Six calm steps

  1. Wait an hour. Reply when you are calm, not when you are angry.
  2. Say thanks and name the problem. Show you read it. Use your own words, not a template.
  3. Say you are sorry it went wrong. You can do this without a fight.
  4. Move it offline. Give a phone number or email to make it right.
  5. Keep it short. Never share private details or argue.
  6. Flag only a review that breaks the rules. See what Google says below.

Should I reply to every review?
Yes, if you can. Thank the good ones. Stay calm with the bad ones.

Only if it breaks Google’s rules, like a fake or off-topic review. If you just disagree with it, reply instead.
Do you reply to reviews for me?
After setup, yes. We answer your reviews. You pick which ones.
