Introduction
Happlo Websites LLC ("Happlo," "we," "us"), doing business as Happlo AI, provides local search ranking optimization and automated review request services to service businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information from both our business customers and the customers of our business customers.
Information We Collect From Our Customers
business name, contact name, email, phone number, business address/service area, Google Business Profile access, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details).
Information We Collect on Behalf of Our Customers
When a business uses Happlo's review automation service, we process contact information (name and phone number) that our customers provide about their own clients, solely to send review request messages on our customer's behalf. We do not sell or use this information for any other purpose.
SMS/Text Messaging Consent
By checking the SMS consent box when requesting a free Google Business Profile ranking audit, an individual may receive non-marketing text messages from Happlo Websites LLC regarding their audit results and strategy call scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in information collected for text messaging purposes are never shared or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes. This information is used solely to facilitate the audit results and scheduling communications described above.
How We Use Information
to provide and improve our services, process payments, communicate with customers about their account, send automated review requests on behalf of customers, and comply with legal obligations.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party providers to deliver our services, including Stripe (payment processing), GoHighLevel (customer communications and automation), and Google Business Profile (local search management). Each provider has its own privacy practices governing data they process.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations, or until a customer requests deletion.
Your Rights
Individuals may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA; EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR where applicable.
